Do I get banned for this?

So heres a little context:
I was previously banned from forums for saying something along the lines
"my cat is named xSila and always wants to fight me"

so now my question is do I get banned for this?

Why did you get banned on the forums for saying that?! I must be missing something but that is ridiculous if not.

You shouldn't be banned for your pet being xSila because it has a GM's name. Is there an inside joke I'm missing?

 

well I was asked to not call a certain person something so I said

and thus I was forum banned.

as far as I remember I talked about another server in shout box but I NEVER mentioned its name nor was banned for it.
