Closed Cant log in says "submit Bann Appeal'"

Not sure what happened but its telling me to submit a Bann Apeal i was just online a couple of hours ago Character Name: Daygo
Last thing you did: i was LMPQing about 2-3 hours ago just tried to log on and it wont let me.
