Solved [Solution Given] hi, i can't install maplestory.

i disable my antivirus everything. but after i install, in my desktop i can't see maple icon. after i click it. it's say my pc can't support. why will be like this? ;( help

 

Did you disable it before or after you downloaded Royals? The client (maple icon) only gets deleted by your antivirus or firewall, so they weren't disabled properly (you can verify this by looking at your antivirus's quarantined files list).

Try downloading the setup and installing again, and make sure you add the MapleRoyals.exe client to the exceptions list of your antivirus before re-enabling it.

Is this still happening? To me it looks like you haven't completely disabled antivirus and therefore it is still blocking the install. I can take care of it through TeamViewer. Send me a PM.
