Hey there! So, as a player with a tiny laptop keyboard, I was hoping to find a way to use my USB controller (a standard Logitech Dual Action) with MapleRoyals. I thought it would be as simple as downloading JoyToKey (the latest version, 5.9) and configuring my controller to the keys MR already uses, but I can't seem to get it to work in-game. Any ideas of what I'm missing? Maybe a different approach that has worked for someone else?

I don't remember how, but I remember there was a way we (me and friends) used to play with it with a simple hotkey config native on windows.

I feel like using a joystick too, since it sounds easier to telecast with it, but I am afraid it could be considered a macro-gaming and make me get banned.

Hope someone clarifies it for us.

From my understanding rebinding keys is safe as long as it is 1:1 action. In short, 1 button on joystick cannot be binded with 2 actions.

Did you run JoyToKey as "run as Administrator"? It works for me if I run it in Administrator.

Yep, Administrator is the only way it works for me too.
