Closed Character screen...then crashes

I can log into all of my accounts and look at the characters, once I click start game it, it crashes MapleRoyals.exe no error code though

So you crash? You don’t get any message at the char selection screen? It sounds like a MAC address ban but I’m not certain. You can always try to submit a ban appeal

 

I am getting this same issue and I'm not a MAC. sometimes not even any error message when I d/c

 

I dont mean you use a Mac device but you mac address, try making a ban appeal

 

If you're trying to log in now, the server is experiencing instability that would cause you to get disconnected at character selection.
