Did not receive NX after voting

Hi GM,
I voted for NX on 20Feb at around 3am sever time, but i believe it coincided with the server wide lag.

After i logged in on the Royals website, i noticed I did not receive the 8k NX. The royals voting page allows me to vote again with the same userID, so i believe the vote was not recorded due to server lag? (correct me if 'm wrong). But gtop 100 says that my userID has already voted.
