    There were a number of people reporting no gain in SP when they levelled up, in addition to many people saying their merchants weren't working properly.

    Therefore, to prevent a potential rollback or huge amount of work needing to be done by admins/developers, I shut down the server until someone's available to deal with the issues.

    FOR CPQ I didn't receive exp when I won with an A rank, then the next pq I won again with A rank I think I received my exp twice because I went from level 39 (approx 85%) to level 41 (approx 6%). I received 10 AP which is normal for two levels, BUT I only received 3 SP when I should have received 6. I sent messages to the GMs in the game but no one helped me.
    Please solve this out because I really want all my SP.
    And yes I did double check that I had a shortage of SP.
    a level 41 should have 34 SP for 2nd job (1 SP from level 30 and 3 SP per level), but I only had 31 SP for 2nd job
    also, I did not raise any of my 2nd job SP on first job skills, so my SP is actually just missing somewhere and I would really appreciate if I could get them.

    Could you maybe be patient? Or is that too much to ask.

    The staff is working hard on this issue, and they're doing so for free. It doesn't show too much appreciation on your part to post something like this.

    Can't you just appreciate all the effort that is put into this server so that we all can enjoy this game?

    I'd rather have the issue fixed and that it takes a while to fix than get it back up, suffer because of the issues and eventually have all my time spent doing stuff rollbacked as worst-case scenario, or at least have more downtime in the nearby future.

    It's okay. you can go on vacation. everyone needs their vacation. because the server team is so small.. you can't really do that so you just need to take the server offline for 1 week with maybe 1-2 volunteer staff members on the forums to make sure no flame wars are started and no abuse occurs.

    You deserve this MapleRoyals team.

    I'm wondering however if anyone might have an approximate idea of when the servers might come back online?

    The server is now online. If there are any issues please post a thread in the appropriate support forum.

    The issue regarding getting mesos from Fredrick should be fixed and no mesos should be lost.

    Firstly, I doubt little to nobody who runs maplestory private servers has that much experience, or their wasting their time, no offense.
    Secondly, if you haven't notice the server is kind of dying out slowly due to all the problems they are having due to their faulty coding.
