Major My sheild gone

I had a store in fm 1, i had there a sheild, and few items that i saw they sold alrdy, a helm and a gloves

well, I came back home after the sc, logged in and noticed my shoo closed, went to fredrick and ask for my items. He didn't gave me a sheild, and when i tried to take money, maybe sheild sold, It gave me only 110m or so, My shield was for 500m. I don't know what happened, maybe my sheild there stuck or something, I dont have ss also since Im not taking Ss of my items everytime in loggin off. That sheild worth alot and im afraid ill just quit if i wont get it back. I swear i scrolled this sheild and placed it on my store before i logged out . i had kinda lag but i dont think that the reason

Sheild stats: Maple sheild, lvl 20
4 INT, 6 MATT and 8 slot. IDK about the def and Magic deff
