I redownloaded the mapleroyals exe on my PC because it was updated. It worked perfectly. I also tried downloading the updated version on my macbook which has Windows. It was working before, but for some reason it will not load. The message says "Mapleroyals has stopped working." Then, I closed the program. Do you know how to fix this situation?
That is the client I am trying to download. I already downloaded it, but it won’t work. The message says the same no matter how much I restarted my laptop. Also, I tried troubleshoot compatibility and running it as a administrator. It still did not work. I tried redownloading the update 51 client, but it still did not work.
I downloaded the new files yesterday and have had no problems. However, this morning and most the afternoon, I experienced the same problem. Not sure what it was all about but it seems to be working find now.
You guys might try disabling your firewall / antivirus. Basically when I first downloaded this and even today when I get back to it, the defense software removes pieces from the installed client which is why it might not be working. Hope this helps. Just be sure if you do disable your antivirus to enable it after. You will likely need to make an exception for mapleroyals.
