    I can't accept new quests, and the quests that I have and can receive rewards on can't be finished. However, I can receive the reward as many times as I want to. (Accidentally received 3x one place before I realized I wasn't lagging, was only 3k EXP per)

    I have same problem with quests on my new account, cant accept quests but 1 quest that i accepted (Green Mushroom killing where u gotta kill 99, after i kill green mushys, they dont come as +1 killcount to quest).

    Now trying to advance 2nd job as cleric and it doesnt let me...
