If whatever she said constitutes as an assault, you should have went through the proper channel and reported her, and not use those phrases.

Note that your analogy refers to the workings of the real world. Now, you're in the world of MapleStory so that kind of "common sense" doesn't apply here, especially when we have our own sets of rule. If we censor words, then players will not have any idea what words were used against them. It's because those words aren't censored, and when it's used, players can report them and we can take actions easily.
