FM Shop troubles

I was opening up a shop earlier in FM 10, and I dced as I was about to open it (didn't click on open shop yet). I relogged, and the shop wasn't there. When I tried to open up a shop in the same spot, it said that I already had a shop open.

--also had trouble last night when someone opened on top of me, but got it eventually. I must have terrible luck with FM shops ;___; What a waste of 10k NX.

Please help

 

Same exact thing happened to me, in FM 10 as well. Shop isn't there but the game says it is. And my items are gone too.

 

WHAT??? Oh no! I had like 100m+ in there too

 

Have you checked Frederick? I logged on today and he gave me back my stuff that was initially in my store. Guess I had to wait 24 hours to pass for the store to close on its own to get my stuff back.

We are aware that there is currently an issue with Gtop100's voting timer, but unfortunately this is beyond our control. We hope they will be able to resolve it soon!
