Why do you think you got banned?: Ip banned? Same as XiaoEnc & CraZyinLaws
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
What GM banned you (optional): -question not clear-

Only after reading XiaoEnc's post, I read through the T&C's updated on January. " (Yes we should read T&C's but many people don't read them when signing up anything, not even registering for a game, could be buying a handphone etc. etc. but just wanted to make sure that,

We never did any mass voting, nor have ill intentions to "beat the system" or whatsoever means, we voted on our individual mobile phones for our own personal account.

    1. Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Punishment: First offense - 14 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense."
Honestly, we are quite shocked we got banned for something we were not aware of, should we have known, we wouldn't want to abuse any of such, and just abide by it.
We can show you pictures/video of the room set-up with 3 PC's not hiding or telling any lies :(
I really sincerely hope you guys can look into our matter deeper into details and hopefully come up to a better verdict.
We are not sure the severity or the impact of the damage we've done but then all we did was voted on our mobile phones for our own personal account as we are residing together under 1 roof, though we are sorry if it wasn't the right way to do it.

Please, we beg for your most leniency, taken as a lesson learned, should we be given a stern warning and a second chance, no such encounters will bound to happen in the future to come. :'(

    Best Regards,

Can also contact me via email : [email protected], willing to share more details if needed. :((

We are new to the server (not as an excuse but genuinely, legitimately) and we honestly did not know about the white list submission for single household etc. before all this happened.
But now we now know, and we ensure it wouldn't happen again. #saveoursouls. #secondchance
    :( :( :( :( :(
    salvageable?
We are deep down genuine :'(

The voting page specifically states that only one vote per household is allowed unless you are accepted onto the voting whitelist.

Hi Muff, yes I read understand, but by per household i presummed it was the home's WiFi, hence we used our personal mobile so it wouldnt interfere. Can we apply onto the whitelists? Please please.

I'm sorry but the vote abuse has already surpassed the point of a second chance.
It is clearly outlined in the voting rules.

What we done may be wrong but it wasn't
Hi Muff, we were doing the voting that way since we started playing, and we never encountered an issue like what we are facing now, therefore we didn't know it was an offence that we breached. Im not saying we are right or wrong, but if the ip ban action was taken maybe before 24hours of the incident, the NX charges wouldnt be so high and accumulated. That is all im saying, maybe you can see it from this point of view. We are here really wanting to have the best maple experience and wants to contribute to the community too. (If action was taken earlier maybe a warning or a few days ban, then perhaps we wouldn't have surpassed the limit that you've mentioned)

    Hi Muff/Kai,

May we know roughly how long is the pending investigation will take?
Is there an alternative whereby for whatever the amount surpassed, we won't be able to vote until a further date or permanent ban on voting, something of sort?
We deeply regret this encounter and will be more than grateful to provide the full details of us applying on to the voting whitelist.

Like I mentioned, "Your household may vote once on Gtop100 per 24 hours. You will have to take turns in voting with other Royallers in your house. For example, you can vote one day, and your brother can vote the next day. Your household is only allowed to receive a total of 8k NX per day, regardless of how many of you live there, how many computers you have and how many different locations you can vote from. If you try to gain more than 8k NX per household per day, your whole household will be banned for vote abuse."

Just wanted to stress on this : We thought it means the WiFi in the household, that was why only one of us uses the household WiFi to vote and two of us uses our mobile phones to vote, and every time we voted this way since day 1, it always said "Thank You for voting", so it didn't strike a red flag to us, but when we found out we were unable to log in, it was probably too late because of the "amount surpassed" , then only Xiaoenc posted an appeal to ask "Am I Banned?" and got the answer of "banned for major vote abuse.", if not we wouldn't have known the reason for it.

Sorry for the long post. :(

Hi Tim, as mentioned we didn't know as we didn'read and understand, untill what happened, our fault for not going toroughly, 4-6 votes is not to one account but probably mule/storage accounts. As mentioned we didn't have any intentions to "mass vote" we were just simply unclear and when we been doing it for awhile and nothing happen therefore we thought what we were doing was okay all along untill yesterday.

We have read the voting whitelist and have fully understood the T&C's. Deeply regret.

So who in your household is voting that resulted in the 4-6 daily votes?

Hi Admin Tim, Well to be perfectly honest, in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different perspective and without being condemning of one's view's and by trying to make it objectified, and by considering each and every one's valid opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say, was just answering a question GM Kai asked.

That doesn't seem to answer Tim's question.

Just in case you don't get it, why are your parents and sibling voting for you guys while they don't play? By telling us that they will "play in the future" or likewise doesn't help in your case.

Note that I didn't make up the above statement. Your brother-in-law did in his appeal.

Hi, Kai I was only replying to your question with regards to
Yes we are wrong you say, but we say we didn't know we kept telling you, and it's not just us facing this, scrolling through many pages in the forum, I don't know if this voting issue is a problem that we consumers have to control on our side, but if you guys had the power to control it over from your side I think it would be better :(

Some maybe do this voting abuse or mass voting deliberately, but whereas on my side and for my inlaws, that was not the intention at all or even from the first place, should we have known, we wouldn't have done it, so all I'm asking is that if we were given a 14 Days ban, we will apply onto the voting whitelist and hope to get accepted prior to voting.

It would be fine for me if I wouldn't be allowed to vote anymore.

Unfortunately, even removing your right to vote can not change that the rules have already been majorly broken. The voting page clearly states one vote per household per day, and as that was abused quite heavily, the permanent ban will remain.

Very sad to hear that from an intern.
In that case i would never be able to play royals?

No, a permanent ban applies to you as a person as well as your connection and devices used.
