Why do you think you got banned?: Vote abuse
Ban message when attempting to log in: This ID has been blocked

I was banned around 2 months ago, I already posted a ban appeal and was told I was banned for vote abuse. Just wondering what are the chances of getting my IP/accounts un-banned? It's a great server, I would like to play again but of course I won't abuse the vote system again. I just didn't think it was a HUGE deal, I thought voting was good for the server anyway. And its crazy that you guys would let long-term players go just because of vote abuse. It's not even hacking, but something so small like vote abuse. If it's so easy to catch that many people, then why make it so easy for it to happen? If you can detect someone voting from their home then their phone, why can't it just be prevented? It's just made so easy for it to happen, and it's tempting to as well.
Would love an un-ban, I promise I will not do it again. I'm a long-term player so why let that go. Hell I might not even vote at all just to avoid anything going on with this. Maybe I'd vote a minimum of once a week tbh.

Since you were heavily abusing the voting system between 2017-11-24 and 2018-03-21, you will not be unbanned.
It's not good for the server to have you cheat for your own self gain, nor is gaining the equivalent of billions in mesos from said abuse something we consider small.

Your ban appeal has been denied.

I definitely understand though, you guys seem to be testing players on consistency when it comes to abusing the vote system I get it. But it isn’t made clear enough for players to think to themselves, “ok I should stay away from that.” Sure it’s made clear on the forums but that’s not enough. If it happens so often, and several people are getting banned over it, is it a mistake on our side as players of the game, or is it a mistake on your guy’s side? Every system has their flaws and every system has room for improvement. From what I remember, original GMS had a banning system where they would ban players for a certain amount of time. For example, “Your account has been banned until 4-28-2005.” That’s what punishments are for, so the person who has done wrong can learn from their mistakes and not do it again. That’s why people go to prison for a certain period of time depending on how serious the crime is. As far as Royals, ok banning GM Charlie over duping, etc. permanently is understandable. But permanently for vote abuse which is not made clear to players and IS accessible to ALL players, is not as big as that or hacking. And ok you consider it big, but it can also be a lesson learned. My suggestion is a minimum 6 months to a year ban for that. But don’t get me wrong you guys have an amazing system, amazing community, I think its great how you guys don’t have a Pay2win in place, but I think there are still some improvements to be made on your side. How unfortunate would it be if MapleRoyals was shut down by Steam or Nexon just because what you’re doing is illegal and Royals has been around for however many years? Would you guys learn from your mistakes or do it again and create royals 2.0?
