Smega Spam

    Right now we have the option/command to either mute gachapon or just disable all smegas altogether.
    I think another command should be added to allow us to mute the smegas from specific individuals..
    Sometimes there could be one person spamming/annoying in smegas and I, along with many other players, don't feel like muting all smegas altogether just to mute that one individual..
