I have a good suggestion,u can identify the authenticity of the picture by checking the winning records of other players on the picture.
At that time, only the screenshots were taken, only this screenshot. This screenshot proved that I really won the lottery.
We can't do anything without a full screenshot. We don't accept cropped/edited screenshot for cases like this, or reports.
As an old player, I didn't have to lie. It didn't benefit me. The picture had proved that I got them, and include server time. I don't know this.pic why not as evidence? i lost more than two chaos, and lost NX.
We understand that you most likely haven’t edited these photos, however we unfortunately cannot grant an exception to the rules and will continue to allow only unedited/uncropped screenshots for consistency. Sorry for your loss!
I don't know aaatu personally but I do hope that even without refunding the CS perhaps this can be looked into just to ensure there are no bugs?
