I tried every channel in more than 1 occasion, and the Nine-Tailed Fox never spawns! Can't finish 'Legends of Hometown' quest in Korean Folk Town because of this issue.
The boss spawns, I can guarantee it. (unless something has changed without being announced but I doubt it) People tend to camp these areas so it can be hard to find though Also, remember to kill one monster each time you change channel. I don't know if I'm superstitious but I belive the map somehow reaches max amount of monsters and killing one will update it (allowing boss to spawn). I don't know but that's how I've always done it
Yea I always kill like three monsters to refresh the 'spawn system'. When was the last time you saw the boss?
I belive you need to put up a sign reading: "Illegal hunting of nine tailed foxes prohibited - violations will be severely punished" These animals are about to go extinct for sure
