Glad this server will never come to this. I like the fact that we require a good amount of people for bosses and damage isn't based on how much real life cash you put into your character.
And to think that he could've simply invested all that directly to Asiasoft and have some gains from it... (If that is Malaysian currency, then that would be approximately 57M USD).
I thought they were gonna say something like "You have bought enough cash, stop please", but they were just like "Thanks for you money, and keep the meaning of your life on playing maplestory at out server ".
The potential system sucks but was tolerable in the private server setting. In v117, even with perfect equips you still had to put some effort in to kill empress/pb/etc. Now the game is literally laughable. Where is the fun in 1shotting everything in the game? And that guy is probably an asian trust fund baby. Same kids that drive exotic cars at age 18 and have never worked a day in their life.
Aw come on why can't any of you guys see the fun of just having to press a single key once to kill whatever you want? And it's much more fun to get to lvl 200 if it goes that fast, just imagine how accomplished you'll feel if you can get max level in just 3 days or even less. Can't wait till they add all those classes and other content to this game

Last time I actually "played" maple GMS was in v.55. It has been a long time, and since logging in the other day to see the nightmare that it is now (couldn't find my way around Victoria Island anymore), was glad to find this server.
