I have no clue who that character name is. Also I just received an email that said I was permanently banned for hacking, but I truly have not used any program to do any hacking whatsoever. I have been preoccupied at school , and I believe that this hacking allegation is not of my own fault but perhaps my account may have been hacked for some reason?

yes, however we arent unbanning you until you change your password. please note that we arent accusing you of hacking, we're just protecting your account since you had poor account security and your account got breached
