So, I am doing a quest that I need to collect Nependeath's Seed ( ). I went to Orbis: Strolling Path and only the monsters on the top floor dropped the item and the one below dropped mesos only. Not sure if this is how it's supposed to be or not.
I experienced the same yea, only specific nependeaths drop the seeds. I suggest this map https://bbb.hidden-street.net/map/mini-map/orbis-disposed-flower-garden, until it's fixed.
