Not Bug Turning in quest for Creating Dragon Carabella

In this pic it doesnt say "You have Gained an item (Dragon Carabella)" It's been cut off.

I've turned in 6 dragon Carabella and I've only received 3 swords. Missing 3 other swords.

Asking for a refund of 3 dragon carabellas worth

 

If you used stims, they have a chance at failing.
I failed one.

 

They may have not worked since you used stimulators. Although 50% fail rate seems like a lot.

Unfortunately when you create a weapon with a stimulator, there is a 10% chance that the weapon is not created at all. You are just SUPER unlucky .
