Note: 1.Most people in China use QQ(a IM) which also provides a private email with every account.And those email address all are made up of serval numbers,like [email protected],it is normal for Chinese players to have a similar email address . 2.The price of private ip is a little expensive(about 200USD/month),so most Chinese players commonly use public vpn. Proving your innocence isn't hard even if someone shares your IP address. The ban appeal you linked was denied because: 8 vote abuse accounts were created on one day and 17 more vote abuse accounts were created four days later. Not to mention that they're all level 50 gunslingers. I highly doubt someone innocent would be involved in such extraordinary circumstances. ...No lol. It's literally $2 USD per month for a dedicated IP VPN. They have plenty of payment options too. I'm sure even people in China can find a way to purchase it. And I've personally bought and used this VPN. So I can confirm it works just fine.
I don't see where she was comparing china to other countries in her post. I'm pretty sure you can still get vpn services for under 5 bucks even in china. The person who got banned that op is refering to had donated to the server previously and the only way to donate afaik is through paypal most vpn services will take payments through paypal as well. I'm also pretty sure that they don't only go of off ip and mail adress when they check if the accounts belong to the same person.

Chinese government prohibits Internet users from browsing almost all foreign websites.(They claim they do that to prevent people from browsing harm information,lol) 2. Actually,there is no true vpn selling in China now. What players use is a thing called 加速器(jiasuqi) that is only used for game acceleration(VPN is only effective in games ) and u can not use it to browse aborad websites because a policy was released which is vpns including browsing websites function are not allowed to sell,which means selling vpn is illegal in China. So as u can see,when a thing is scarce, it is precious.The price of vpn is high,public 加速器 is sold for about 30~55CNY/month（about 5~8.6USD）.The price of public 加速器 is already higher than the price of private ip u say,do u still think u can spend only 5USD to buy a private ip in China?What's more,by now,they only are used for games(btw,the price of private 加速器 is about 300CNY /47USD or more),and the price I metioned above is the price of true vpns sold in China and why price is so high is sellers have to bear the risk of catching by police at any time. What I meant is just because it’s easy accessible for other country but doesn’t mean it’s easy accessible for China. It’s cheap for all other country but not China. Not everybody are rich enough to actually afford a proper VPN. Saying a proper one cost 1.99 USD per month only applies if you are not in China. Try using that in China and I bet that gonna give you aids. Instead of player gotta fork out extra money just to enjoy the server, Royal should try to actually come up with some solution and provide them a proper gaming experience.

Oh my god, the above is so ridiculous LOL. Hampa is exactly right. Every Chinese player who donated to Royals had to use PayPal to donate. There's no other method. And that $2 USD a month dedicated IP VPN service takes PayPal for payment. Okay so we proved that people in China can buy the VPN service I'm talking about. And what do you know, the VPN's website literally has an entire section of articles for that VPN's customers who live in China. I'm so confused on why getting a dedicated IP VPN is apparently such an issue.
There’s a difference between a VPN then allow you to play without get piss off and a VPN that allow you to play peacefully. Yeah they might have a page specially for China but that doesn’t mean the connection will be smooth in China. Put it this way, just because you can do what ever you want in US, doesn’t mean that you can do whatever you want in North Korea. If you were to try it in China, you will know that a normal VPN at cost 2USD isn’t reliable at all.

What you present is just a payment method that Chinese people can use. However, everything has its origin. First of all, for Chinese players, if they want to buy VPNs that you say,hey must have the ability to browse foreign websites ,which is no doubt that this is impossible for most Chinese people to realize. Secondly, there are Chinese customers that you said in your picture. In my opinion, there are two possibilities. First, it is because those customers have traveled or have lived abroad before they bought a VPN there. Second, some Chinese customers are programmers like me who first built a VPN using VPS so that they have the ability to browse foreign websites. Then they are able to buy a VPN on the website u posted. Perhaps you would say that programmers like me can sell or lend VPNs to them. However, as I said above, this is illegal and I cannot tell them on IM. I can't help them because all IM Chat logs will be sent to the IM server and the server can easily use regular expressions(正则表达式) or other methods to identify whether you are spreading or selling VPNs. Even if IM does not recognize the messages, once someone reports them to the police, I will gg and wear the stripes. Private vpn is never as easy for u foreigners as for we Chinese to access and afford, and people using the same 加速器 are likely to share the same IP address. Just because someone who uses an 加速器 just registered an account on the same day as vote abuser and used the same 加速器, it became a scapegoat for real criminals.Assuming SinceFuture is innocent, then the real criminal is still at large, he can continue to use public 加速器, continue to vote abuse, continue to look for other scapegoats.Legitimate players, sponsored players, who have no rights in this private service can be protected.
