Closed my wizard ice/lighting level 33 2th skills attack is low

IGN: Flafy2Mation
Problem: He's 2th skills attack doing low damage
Details: My Cold Beam Attack is on 7 SP and when i hitting monster it's just doing like 60 damage
i have no idea why it happenning because my Magic Claw and Energy Bolt is doing like 240 and 300 damage
and my INT is 151

 

Which mobs are you attacking? It could be that they have high resistances?

This is not a bug, nor a problem with your character.

 

So Why It's Happenning?

 

It's happening because the skill does very little damage early.
