okay lets start with this, 4-6 hours ago I tried to vote and the VOTE system told me that more 40 minutes I could vote, after 1 hour I try voting and it said 305 minutes more!!, my brother is playing in this server 2, but if he voted it would say 1000+minutes until next vote and it said 305minutes! after this 305minutes I tried voting, and now it says: Google Chrome could not connect to <My Ip Adress> Whats going on?!
This is strange. I suggest clearing your browser cache, or trying another browser? You could also try doing "/ipconfig flushdns" in command prompt (cmd.exe) I especially don't understand why google chrome should say that it cannot connect to your ip address. Usuually it is the websites IP address.
