Hey there. I want to play as an assassin, obviously I want him to be strong as possible and I want him to be able to handle bosses(not necessarily by himself). I have 15 bil, is that enough? if it is, how should I build it (equipment and such)? If it isn't, how much do I need to save to build a strong sin?

15b is just enough to wash your sin to 10k hp assuming you buy leech along the way. I would farm more for higher hp wash and better equips. Night lord is expensive as i heard you need around 30b to be accepted to a Zakum party.
Heyy do you mind me asking the minimum range you'd have to have to be accepted on a HT run as an SE? I'm also a bit confused as to what exactly people are referring to when they state their range. If you have a range of lets say 4k-5k, would your range be defined as 4k? or 5k?
15b isn’t enough to build an NL nowadays, or at least one that can consistently get into public boss runs. That shouldn’t stop you though, I’m sure you could get around that by joining a guild/having friends. I’m barely on track to get my NL to ~9k hp by 155 with mediocre “funded” equips, and it’s costed me easily over 30 bil. The only way that I could have spent less is if I didn’t play my thief at all, and just leeched it with my bishop from creation until 135, double washing for extra MP along the way
I don't have a BM/MM so sadly I have no idea what good is for them. I always round my range up or down to the nearest 100 if asked for it So if like 4532 I'd say 4.5k.
