Is there something wrong with the meso drops?

I'm getting anywhere from 2k-11k and its random. Is the gap supposed to be this huge? I've tried different monsters from petris, himes, skeles, etc.

 

I think the normal meso range between 300-3000, the server drop rate are x4 so the gap are huge.

 

Some of the meso range values in the database is messed up, but it's easy fix although not a priority at the moment.
