When you retrieved it, did it appear in your inventory or just went missing? I would attempt to try it again after the next server check when we run our cash item fixer tool (which will normally fix such bugged items).
Hi Kai, I have a total of 37 apr in my CS inventory. I am not sure how or why it stacked up while in CS. Initially i thought it was normal when user logs off with APR leftovers in the CS. So i did not pay much attention and and was withdrawing it plus buying more apr to sell. Then when i was counting and checking the APR, the whole stack became 1 instead of original 37 i try to put the apr back but it's still only 1, so 36 disappear. Initially, @Andreas said he would refund then he changed and mentioned that he would check again before deciding. I am still waiting for a reply since i posted this issue last week. I will drop you a PM with regards to the video recording that i had. It's unedited and has my login ID visible there. edit** i can't start a pm with you. let me know if you like to see the video recording. Thanks
If that's what Andreas said, then it's best you wait for his advice. Otherwise it will just be confusing on our ends.
Can any other GM assist in my case? I have since pm-ed Andreas twice but i haven't gotten any response since. I am not sure if some1 is looking into my case.
