Closed FULL SP RESET REQUEST

Problem: Skill Build Messed Up
Details: Last year everyone got their skills reset with all the rollbacks and instabillity the server was facing, and I messed up my build when redoing it, I put like 15 points of second job skills on my first job tab, and sp resets of cash shop can only manage points in the same skill tab and stopped playing because of that, now I'm back as an active player (even donated to the server last month) and I want to fix that character skill build, is there anything I can do to get that first job skill reset, in a way I can put those SP on the second job tab?

I wish that was my only problem.. but like I said, the cash shop SP reset only let you replace the Skill Points within the same job tab, and I need to recover those 2nd job points that went to the first job tab.

 

You need to use 2nd job sp reset to reset all those points you allocated wrong in your first job skills. Staff won’t refund you for that

 

You don't seem to be that high of a level, so remaking a new character would be a much more cost effective.
