No longer married? How do I fix this

Haven't played in months, just came back and tried to do APQ but I appear to no longer be married.

Do I need to redo the entire marriage? I still have "Golden Heart Engagement Ring Box", if that means anything.

 

Did you marry in old source? All old source marriages were wiped with new source and you have to remarry.

 

When you say they were wiped, that means I should start from step 1 again for remarriage?
