as the title states, should the boss warp policy be updated?
afaik, regional dcs do not warrant a rewarp by a GM (if im wrong, then a GM pls close this thread)
with regional dcs happening every other day, it is gradually becoming a problem, so do we just have to suck it up even though we as players cant do anything at all to prevent from being dced?

as the current boss warp policy states,
even though regional dc isnt serverwide, it is still a server instability issue that causes a significant amount of players to dc.

please feel free to input any constructive thoughts

Wouldn't regional dc's already be covered under "or a large subset of players"?

I play from South Africa but I'm quite sure I'm either alone or one of very few who play from Africa. If regional lag hits me, how can I prove it?

the weird thing is, although it being regional, not all players from the region get affected.
however, the number of players that are affected isnt just a handful either, is that still covered under "a large subset of players"?

also, like what sparky said, if players from the less populated regions gets dced due to server instability, how are they supposed to seek any form of compensation?

Our server network monitor will tell us the regions facing packet loss.
