It’s allowed just as long as he doesn’t use any third party programs such as bots or macros. You can have and play on as many accounts as you’d like, including using said accounts to leech yourself.
but doesnt that mean you get 16k nx a day? or can you only vote in one of the accounts? how does that go?
You can only vote once a day. The voting rules state that each household is only allowed to gain 8k NX per day. This can only be altered if you play with others in the same home and get approved for the voting whitelist.

Yep, you can have as many accounts as you want, as long as you follow the voting rules. There are people who have 10+ accounts.
