So i have a 1080p screen and we all probably know how awful it look if you force the resolution this far. So i was wondering if it was maybe possible to make it look cleaner with sweetfx/reshade or if there is another way to do so ? Just something that came to my mind a few minutes ago. I probably already know the answer, but i still think it's worth asking .
I've never tried it but I highly doubt it because those programs are used to make HD games like PUBG, H1Z1, DayZ, Rainbow 6, etc.. look better. MapleStory does not using normal shading and what not like those games do.
I see, kinda what i thought. I just would have wished for something that could at least maybe rework the colors to make it look as if it was on the normal resolution without much pixelation. This is sad
Unfortunately not a lot can be done to improve the look of the game, however I'd at least suggest you use a resolution with a 4: 3 aspect ratio so that everything doesn't look obese and stretched, e.g. 1280×960.
Yeah overall i've seen that lowering my screen resolution seem to give better result. Didn't try that resolution though, i'll give it a shot.
