I'd suggest doing all the quests on ToT since the mobs get harder and harder. Then Petris or Skeles with a party, Anego, Pap, and Pianus are all options.
Keep in mind the HP requirements in order to do anego pap and pianus. Anego - 5.5k for one of her magic attacks Pap- 5k touch from 2nd body (You can avoid it if you duck, but to pin it back you need to do 12k damage per line minimum) Pianus- I'm not sure, never done it. As a BM, your best bet is to duo bigfoot, anego and Pap with a NL around your level range- SE helps them out a LOT and it'll be much faster.
BMs can Anego without taking any damage at all as long as they have puppet, hurricane and arrow rain. First hit her from behind the bar to aggro her, place a puppet all the way to the left wall, then jump on one of the stools, face left, and spam arrow rain. Once she is a good distance away from you, use hurricane to pin her against the left wall.
