I bought the Tiger Mount cover with Royal Points because i wanted to support Royals and the mounts are super cool. What i didn't know is how hard it is to use the Tiger Mount Cover. I am unable to jump/climb correctly because the collision box/hitbox/whatever-you-call-it is on the tiger's front feet instead of centered under my character. Is there any way I can have the Tiger Mount cover exchanged for the Black Cloud (1st choice) or the Hellhound? I would not have purchased the Tiger Mount (and probably no RP at all) if i knew i would be unable to use my mount efficiently. Thanks in advance.

We have made a change to the Tiger Mount in the latest update #54.1: This bug fix requires you to redownload the latest setup from the website. We think the mount feels much better to use now, but let do let us know what you think as well. Otherwise, If you are still not happy with the item, please make a post in the donator & donator npc section on the forum and we will organise a RP refund.

I've had it for so long I got used to it. I could hop up to Krex ezpz! Also it looks odd when you jump with it now.
I have heard from other tiger mount bros that it doesn't jump as high but I'm not sure. I just think it looks odd while jumping. The only video I have of the mount before was during that summoning event so you can barely see it.
