Hi Tim, I usually use VPN to connect game cuz its too laggy. Sometimes I play at my workplace as well.

Hi Tim. Thanks for your reply. I am aware of the no-public-vpn policy. However I did pay $10 a month to Cyberghost (https://www.cyberghostvpn.com/en_US/), a private VPN provider to access my account. Since Cyberghost has been around long enough, I was under the impression that they will assign a unique IP to each client. Apparently, I failed to make sure that my ip address is consistnet by using their services. I will contact them to ask for a unique IP address. If they don't, I will just find another service provider. If you know any good ones, please kindly inform me. I would really appreciate it.
