    Uh, a 21 INT robe is actually around 500-550m. 550 is on the higher end, but it's at a bare minimum 500. He's really not trying to scam you in any sense, and if you think a 21 INT robe isn't similarly valued to a CS you're the one who is wrong here, not him.
