Notice Staff Changes 31/08/14

    Hi Everyone,

    First lets start with good news! We are happy to announce the arrival of two new staff members, [​IMG] Ashlee and [​IMG] Jack.

    [​IMG] Ashlee has joined the team as a GM and will be helping out in game with any issues, dealing with abusers, and hosting GM events. [​IMG] Jack is here to help with developing and releasing WZ edits for future game content. Please join us in giving them both a warm welcome!

    We are also glad to inform everybody that [​IMG] Katsuruka has been promoted to Assistant Administrator so will now be able to help with any in-depth issues that may arise as well as being able to assist the rest of the staff carry out any duties where required.

    Now the bad news. Unfortunately we have to say goodbye to a few members of staff. Our developer Gi, our GM & Graphic designer Joong, as well as our GM & WZ editor Daan and GM Annie. We thank them for all their work and wish them all the best for the future.

    Finally, we are pleased to inform you that [​IMG] Rob has taken on the additional responsibility of being Assistant Forum Moderator.

    Lol, Saki! <3 If I get burned out, it's my own fault, as I chose to do this! None of the staff put any pressure on me to take on any extra responsibility =)

    (It feels weird not having a purple name and butterfly though!)

    Also, welcome to the team, Ashlee and Jack!

    Congratulations Kat!!!

    Darn, what happened to everyone else though? Daan, Annie, Joong.

    Matt show them more respect and put some sort of boldness or colour in their names. They worked hard and don't deserve to just fade into the background.

    At the moment, former members of staff are given the gold donator title as thanks for the time and hard work they have given to the server. (Gi requested not to have the donator title, hence the lack of gold name.)

    As for why the other members of staff left, they have a lot on IRL (it's that time of year when school/college/university starts up again and summer vacations are over). It does feel sad, however, having said goodbye to people who have been part of our team for quite some time.

    Dammit, Kat was always my secret spy on the GMs, I'll have to find a new one… To the Cookiemobile!(digestive is the brand-name on a pack of cookies.)

    What about Christine? :o I thought it was just because basically all former GMs donated at one point or another.

    That would require like 15-20 people getting that, as far as I know, half of which quit. I can actually only think of three former staff members that still currently actively play (Aly, Daan and myself).

    This is so true, and it's seriously bothering me.

    I think they have some sort of list of who will be the next GM based on their application and in-game/forum behaviour, in case a new GM is needed. Correct me if I'm wrong. o:


    Anyways, congratulations Kat, you deserve this! And congrats Ashlee, Jack and Rob! <3
