I have multiple questions for multiple accounts (i have 4 in total). IGN: Timper & Zendar (two separate accounts) Problem: Disconnection from login server Details: This is now the third time I am experiencing this problem, since the newest game patch where further security measurements have been added. My family has multiple houses and especially during summer (and other holidays) I tend to move around a lot, meaning opening the game from new IP addresses, which my guess is that I rather often get banned for playing from a new IP address. I'm starting to get sick of this and therefore would like to ask you if there is any way of fixing this mess? What is happening is that I can log in, get past the character selection and typing my pic-code and then I get disconnected. I have tried shutting my computer down multiple times and using different channels to log in, but nothing works. PLEASE HELP! (I have the problem with these two accounts because I use these the most and tend to leech myself). IGN: Veuve & Brunello (two separate accounts) Problem: "Ban due to hacking or illegal third-party programs" Details: While I was not able to log into my accounts with the characters Timper and Zendar I tried to see if I could spend some time on my other accounts, where I noticed when trying to log in that I have been banned for apparently hacking or illegal use of third-party programs. First of all, I do not know how to hack and I never have or will give out my account details so that others can play on my accounts - I'm way too paranoid for that and think I will lose all my stuff. Personally, I think this problem is either a GIGANTIC misunderstanding from the GM/Admins site or it is in relation with my problems mentioned above. My thread was moved from "Character Issues" to this section by Evan and therefore does not include what the last thing is that I have done. Last thing you did (Timper): The last thing I did on the account with Timper was transferring gear to my sin "Baily" (which is a character on the same account as Zendar). Last thing you did (Zendar): The last thing I did on the account with Zendar was actually playing on my sin "Baily" (BaiLy - in case you wonder if "l" was a big "i" or a small "L"), receiving the gear from Timper and then I went into FM looking for an SCG and PAC. Ended up buying an 11att SCG for 300m, a clean PAC for 150m (which I scrolled - unfortunately not that good) and funny enough I also ended up buying a Ghost Ship Chair for I believe 444m. After my shopping spree, I logged off because I had to go. Last thing you did (Veuve): Can't remember, I believe it was expanding guild (Amethyst) capacity to 100 people. Last thing you did (Brunello): I believe the last thing I did was just logging into the account and spamming teleport around Henesys, checking cash shop and then logging off. Why do you think you got banned?: No idea what so ever for the two accounts containing Veuve and Brunello. I also have no idea for the other two accounts, but I believe the reason would be that I have been moving around a few times within a few days and thus playing from different IP addresses and thus making the game (or something) think I'm a bad person. Ban message when attempting to log in: As mentioned in the thread, the accounts Veuve and Brunello (should be with two "L's", just in case) received a message that I have been temporarily banned for hacking or third-party programs. The accounts with Timper and Zendar just get disconnected after character selection (as seen in the pictures on dropbox). What GM banned you (optional): I don't believe a GM banned me. Additional information: I play on my MAC and thus use Parallels to run windows, I do not believe this should have any input into this issue, because I do not use VPN or anything like that. PLEASE HELP MEEEE
Yes, he is my little brother. As well as the IGN NodicGhost (my youngest little brother). All our accounts got banned for some reason. We do not know why. I plaid maple at our vacation home (I believe early morning on Friday the 20th) after which I drove back home to my place. My brother came later up to our vacation home and plaid at the evening with youngest brother the same day or the following day I believe.

Muff, this question will concern my two other accounts with the IGNs Timper and Zendar (or Baily). I can enter the accounts and see all the characters and get all the way to typing my PIC code, however, I dc once I have pressed on ok. Can you please tell me what is causing this problem? I believe its because I have been logging into the game from different IP addresses?
You have now been permanently banned for vote abuse. Not only have you been cheating using the accounts you do own, if we then take the accounts you claim belong to your brothers we get more vote abuse, you are not on the voting whitelist, which means that's against the rules as well. Furthermore, your accounts share account information with your brothers, which makes me strongly believe you are either account sharing, or you own all these accounts in the first place.
@Andreas I can assure you that the characters from my brothers are legit theirs. Don't punish them for my stupidity. If you're talking about a PIN-code similarity, well that's because that code is my mom's bday and everyone in my family uses these 4 digits for multiple codes. And my brother Cucinello and I have always used the dates 06-06 as the birthday for games like this - all dates back to the legit GMS. So please do not ban the accounts with Cucinello and NodicGhost. I'll take full responsibility for my wrongdoings, but don't take it out on them - that's just rude and unnecessary. Besides, all my accounts (including the one I opened today to test if I could log in) are all identical, except the first one has no number at the end and the rest end with either a 2, 3, 4 or a 5. I'm deeply sorry for my stupidity, I don't expect the ban to be lifted (i know there is no chance in hell that it will happen) but please let them stay. Plus, since I was banned for life now - could you guys please pass Veuve's "Guild Master" status to a worthy guild member - Jindoo for example - and hand out all my stuff to the guildies, since I obviously won't be able to use it anymore? We don't transfer guild ownership, nor do we hand out equipment from banned accounts to other players.
Fair enough @Kai. And how about not punishing my brother? Any news on that? I get that I will be banned, but why should my punishment also include punishing my brothers? That's just unfair and cruel.
