Hi. I'm back to maple after about 10 years (played mostly og maple). Therfore, I have no funds (including knowledge about prices of scrolls and items and what not ). As of now I'm F/p level 41,and my question is, what should I spend my NX on when I reach level 50?gachapon or AP resets? Resets seems less risky but gachapon seems like it could be worth a lot more (just a reminder,my knowledge about prices is close to nothing) Thank you!
Hi! Welcome to the server It depends on how urgent you need the funds and how much NX you have. If you have less than 30k of NX and funding is an issue, I suggest selling AP resets which only cost 3100 NX and can be sold for 15 ~ 17m right now. Is risk free, simple and a consistent source of income. However, you more than 30k of NX and funding is not an issue, I will suggest purchasing the 35 gacha tix bundle and go to Mushroom Shrine. In a bad run, you will not earn more than 50m and of you are lucky, you might even encounter a chaos scroll which is worth 500 to 520m. Unless you got a chaos scroll, godly purple gaia cape or elemental wand from gacha, selling the scrolls can be a hassle and a time consuming process, especially without a store in free market. Do not worry about not knowing about scroll prices, we have a community builded pricing guide for reference. Good luck!
Well, since I think I'm in deep in the "dire need for mesos" department, I'll go for AP reset. Thank you both for the quick reply!
Never spend on gachas. Cause once you do, you have to purchase stores which makes you spend more NX. To get a good FM spot is also difficult unless you buy a good spot from someone. 300m for cc1 fm1 spot last that i see. On top of that, with the amount of scrolls etc you are getting, you need to create mules for storage. You also have to read and research on the price guide which takes time or even mesos when you buy owls. You may also need to spend mesos on smegas so that people can visit your store.
I'm just a lowly scrub trying to scrape from the bottom of an already established market. That said take my opinions with a grain of salt. I personally think it would be better for you to invest in AP resets. As was mentioned above me, the gach cycle requires knowledge and NX to sell the items you get out of it. And of course basing your only main income on solely RNG is risky. With AP resets you have a guaranteed 17.5m each and that stays pretty static. On the other end, gach gives you the chance to pull the God tier items that would net you 500m right away. In the end it's up to you.
Uhm i think AP nowdays can help you to get a nice mesos boost. You can always test you luck at gachapon, but keep in mind, there's a few % to get nothing or get good stuffs. If you wan't to be 100% sure to get mesos, go for AP resets ^^
I will strongly recommend you to spend your nx on enhancing your character's appearance if you want to find your other half in the game.
