5th Anniversary event Question: 2 carrot love ring?

will the 2 carrot love ring be rewarded after killing the cake boss for 30 times? like the past cake boss events.

 

really the kill boss cake give ring ?

 

the last time it was given by cake only because the valentines event was skipped iirc. Anyhow the carat ring is a valentines event reward it is not available from anniversary event.
