Hello. I would like to know a good class that is not very meso dependant at least to be decent at bossing or mapping. Since the last time I played I was aiming for bishop but it is so boring without good equips .. Thanks.
i'd say a bowman/xbowman, most bossers that smega are looking for someone with se and not really worried about your range, and after 2nd job they have some decent mobbing skills
It depends on whether you want to play for short term or long term. For long run (at least a year), I recommend starting out with bishop so that you can leech your own characters. For short term, I recommend avoid playing Bowmasters, Night Lords and Mages, because their eqs and SBs are rather expensive. Opt for classes which doesn't require much funding, such as pirates, xBow, Shadower and Paladin.
The rest of warriors requires very little funding too, I’d say. So Dark Knight and Hero can be added to that list.
To maximize dpm/dps for end game bossing , yes . Not so much for zakum or krexel as they dont deal that much damage that instantly kills a HB DrK. And that DrK hp washing is the easiest among all the jobs , only having to reach 17750 hp ( +1000 from hp quest) as DrK have natural base hp of 11 k at lvl 130 (Only needing total of 30 int with 98 ap reset for 17750 hp at lvl 135 , total 50 int with 123 ap reset at lvl 135 ).
Sair costs as much as NL or even more (need a lot of washing and guns are rare and expensive) and Xbowman also need washing so the cost is around the same like BM (both have cheap books, though bows are more expensive). Shadower is also very expensive, my friend had one and he said you need to spend like hundreds of millions every day bombing bosses I'd say FP mage is the cheapest class, you only need like 5-6b in mage gear and you can 1 hit petri at lvl 160 or less while later gaining all that money back quickly in leech. In comparsion attacker classes need like 40b or more to get decent damage. The thing is that you can't really boss with an FP/IL mage though
FP mage is interesting choice. I was gonna choose between Bishop, FP or Paladin for the tankiness and ez playstyle. I don't really mind not bossing this early in the game, I just want a character to make some money so then I can play a more rewarding class with funds
IMO, Shadower is one of the best ones if you are just looking for a short term fun. You will be the strongest class until you reach endgame content. First class you start weak, second you become one of the strongest ones on 1v1 battle(Savage blow is super fast and deals a lot of damage with 6 lines ). The 3rd class you are the strongest one without a shadow of a doubt. The 4th you lose momentum and cannot compete with the Nls, BM and sairs. You don't need any equipement for leveling. ME is the only thing you need. Like, you can start bossing at lvl 70. If you want you can bomb a bigfoot with ME lvl 1. It is fun and a different way to play. You can bomb HH, BF, himes, goobies. No need to buy leech, your mesos will earn you more xp if you bomb them. Don't have money to bomb? Bomb at himes, the drops there outnumber the mesos you bomb, so you actually win money while level EXTREMELY FAST. People say its expensive because you bomb money. But think about it: If you roll one chaos scroll you have now 500m+. This is enough to have a lot of fun already. People are paying 80m for leech. With 80m I can bomb 8-9 bigfoots which would give me 9+ levels(at around lvl 100) in 2 hours(15 minutes each BF). If a toe drops I can sell it for 20m+. The main bossing classes spend a lot of money funding their wash and equipments, you dont even need that, just bomb mesos. The main bossing classes need to use apples and stoppers, which are expensive. You dont need that, just bomb mesos. An Onyx apple is ~16m for 10 minutes, Stopper is ~400k/minute(6mfor 15 minutes). When you think about that, bombing 7-10m to kill a BF in 12-15 minutes does not seem so expensive. Sure, they will outdamage you when you reach 120-150+, but anything below that level you will be the damage GOAT. I can kill a bigfoot as fast as a lvl15x DK with only a lvl10 knife and ME30. Hell, if you only care about bombing, invest all your AP into HP. You will be invencible and will have the same daamage. You just need to get to lvl70 without having damage. As I said bossing can be done without any funding. You just need the raw mesos for the bombing, which is arguably cheaper than building a character, it is just that the money is usable, just like an Onyx Apple. As in mapping he cannot compare to mages(there's no class that can) but shadowers got a lot of different shiny skills that help you walk around the map and kill monsters.
