Mapleroyals will not launch (fail to bootup)

Havent played in a while, I remember back in the day I would have to try launch it a few times before it worked but now it's not working at all.

Windows 10 64bit
Acer VN17 nitro

Have tried:

Windows Defender off + add files/folder and executable as exception
Antivirus off + allowed as exception
Installing it on my HDD (D) and SSD(C) drive
Restarting CPU
Reinstalling
Changing desktop resolution to minimum (and other resos) 60HZ refresh confirmed
Running as: admin, all previous windows compatibility
Disabled high dpi scaling, full-screen optimization and 640x480 mode both on mapleroyals.exe and mapleroyalsfullscreen.exe

windows updated, Nvidia driver updated, firmware/other drivers all up to date..

u tried activa compatibility window 7 and run as admin

Just tried running both mapleroyals.exe. and fullscreen version on integrated graphics still no luck

 

what kidn of error. coinitialize?

Heres a weid trick that sounds dumb. Turn on mapleroyals.exe and then the popup saying are u sure blahblah press yes.
RIGHT AFTER you press yes try doubleclicking royals.exe again and press yes . Now one should give u an error message. but 1 client shuld pop up.

Try it and see if it works for u.

 

Mine has no error. This is under unspecified error

what you wrote makes zero sense. My mapleroyals does not produce any popups no matter how many times I click it
