btw, a friend of mine told me that maybe I forfeit the quest accidentally. If that really happened, what should I do next?

 

You should be able to go back to Elma the Housekeeper and obtain the quest again.

 

Quest: Goblin at Black Mountain
Location: Korean Folk Town
NPC: Chumji

I completed the first part (collecting paste, pork and wine) few months ago, just like the screenshot shown above. Back in that time the goblins cannot being spawned, so the quest remained unfinished. But up till now I still cannot continue the quest. I cannot forfeit the quest either at this point.
This quest remains to be my only undone quest in Korean Folk Town. Any help would be appreciated.

You can see right on your minimap that there is a quest available, simply go to the left of the town. He also tells you that you need to have three items.
