Then the NPC said that Either one of my party members have faced to the boss today so we couldn't get in. Even we tried to change few channels and relog. We also tried to go in individually but still the same problem. We CONFIRM that we have not done any Wulin Yaoseng after boss time reset. Meanwhile, I also consumed one Onyx Apple right before I first clicked the NPC, can I get refund for my apple and for our boss run?
