I've read the guide saying I need 18750 to survive PB without HB, but I saw a video of PB doing 24k damage. Also since I get dispelled, does this mean that mages won't be able to survive?
Keep in mind that there is no announced release date for PB, and when/if it gets released it could have altered stats. You can choose to design your character according to a feature which doesn't yet exist, or adapt to the current status of the game. Also, when they recommend 18750 "without" HB, maybe they are assuming you would have HB in Pink Bean, so you'll reach HP cap?
Ok so for horntail now, what would you recommend based on the meta? I know not alot of people recruit DK's so I wanna know until what hp to wash. The 18750 is the number not dependent for HB while doing PB or HT
Resum did an amazing breakdown on common HP goals for Night Lords for different bosses, which you can view here.
Some things here seem really wrong, for example I've never seen HT hit as high as 9800 in 1 hit but the mass sed can hit more than 10k for sure so getting 9800 won't help you much. Also BF doesn't hit 14.5k, in fact from touching him I don't think he ever hit me 12k or more (always something like 11.8 max)
I can only recommend you reading this entire guide as it makes life as a becoming Nightlord way easier. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/a-comprehensive-night-lord-guide.23303/ and also your HP goal is also dependant on your funding ofcourse, but i can recommend you washing to either 11.5k or 18.75k hp. i doubt that was a 23k PB hit, maybe a 1HP/1MP cast and someone had like 23.xxx HP making it look like PB dealt 23k dmg.
After fighting pink bean on gms pre-big bang, Pink Bean's touch damage is around 23k or more. He also has a medium ranged push attack that deals about 18k damage
so pretty much everyone with under 23k hp dies if pb dispels and hits? mages cant survive then unless they wash a crazy amount
Don't touch him, he's pretty easy to pin in a corner as a warrior. He does have a nearly unavoidable 11.5k damage aoe he does randomly. Here's a fun little video that shows his attacks pretty well
