dexless better. In the later stage, you can rely on low-level equipment for scrolling, as well as zak helmet and some rings and other similar equipment to improve dex to wear RC.

    Dexless until craven.
You start adding dex and getting good dex gear top/bot/zhelm etc. near 80s/90s and add some base dex then.

Eventually at the end, all the NL (even sleeve and craven users) thrive for dexless because well funded NL gets enormous amount of dex from the equips. If you look at the high ranking dps nl's here , most of them have base dex of 25 which is minimum base dex that NL can have (dexless)

And I would say at lv 135 Craven and pirate sets user would do more damage. Luk benefits early in damage wise but the higher the lv and more luk stat you have the attack number stands out significantly more than luk.

It wouldn't hurt going low dex. If you're not funded, and not planning on leeching/washing heavily, I'd focus on getting around 40 base dex and get a bit more dex from items to use up to a Meba claw and aim to look for godly theif drops while training. My logic for this is, by the time you're level 110-120+ (for Craven which is all you need):
    1. You will have zhelm, preferably with about +30 dex (not too hard/expensive to achieve. One VIP run with like 15-20 Helm Dex scrolls should get you this)
    2. Deputy Star for +5 dex/Maple Scarf (get this ASAP before the event ends if you do)
    3. Aim to get maybe 5-10 dex face accessory (I recommend gaching at Showa as you can get the Maple Leaf and some decent items to sell as well, but otherwise, got for rat mask or maybe try to get the Sweetwater thing from the event for +3 at least)
    4. 10 dex earrings (Or aim for better by trying to scroll your own Maple Earrings if you have a bit of funding)
    5. If you really want more dex from items rather than base DEX (this is important as Maple Warrior only affects base stats, not bonus stats), then you can get DEX shoes as well, since Facestompers are incredibly expensive for little benefit.

Eventually, you'll get things like Krex ring and such. This will get you to about 120 dex where you'll try to get up to Pirate Pants and Pirate Top for a combined +DEX of 20 (or 30 if you want to use Dragon Green/Purple Sleeve) for end game. Eventually, you'll get better equips and ap reset that base DEX and you'll be set.

I can wear craven on NL with just 30 base dex even though I got a bad HTP so later on you could probably wear craven with 25 dex pretty easily

But if MoN comes out, you'll probably want that instead, so if you're not very funded, better to go low dex (I wouldn't go over 50 base dex though)

It will take some months to get CWKPQ and even when it comes MoN isn't as good as HTP unless it's like prefect godly (8 atk) which would be really rare. Normal MoN is only 2 atk (from what Matt said) which is a lot weaker than an average htp (which can get like 22/23 stats with an egg)

But assuming low funding, HTP is only good egged, which also means it costs 1b. MoN will still be much more affordable for some decently comparable stats
