Closed can't log in

IGN: Smiorld
Problem: i can't log in this charactor
Details: last time i enter the market,then game crashed, after that , if i enter this char ,game will crash

 

i really wanna play,pls reset my charactor's location!

Try to redownload MapleRoyals, looks like you are using the incorrect files, also, just to remind you in the case if you also play another server. Don't put the files from different server at the same folder.

 

i've checked,i redownload for times but it doesn't work, and just the charactor "smiorld" will cause the crash , other charactor won't cause.

 

what others can i do? can u change my charactor's location , like tp me to othere map

im sorry i tried to enter free market again, and it crashed again! i think it is kind of BUG? i promiss i won't enter free market any more, can u tp me again?

 

btw how to delete all files on my computer? last time i unist the game and download it , but i see my id still remembered on it , i guess there's something wrong in C:/

 

In my understanding of that error message, you seem to be using the incorrect game file, just move your character to another map isn't gonna help you solve the problem that you are having. To fix this, you have to redownload MapleRoyals and install it properly, which means better be a clean folder without any other maple server's files.
