yeah 400m for a 6 atk 6 str cape (effectively 7+ atk with 3 slots left) is a joke offer, no surprise nobody sold one to him yet

 

You are forgetting that it's a Warrior-only cape. It can't be compared with a PGC which can be transferred between multiple characters.

I base my offer on a cape I myself sold. 3 ATT 12 STR, 4 slots for 400M (effectively 5 ATT with 4 slots left according to your own reasoning)

So my offer of 400M still stands. What is the C/O?
