    300M for a 124 attack surfboard is pretty much the average price. If you were to use 100% event scrolls, you could get a 123 attack surfboard easily. The scrolls and a 109 attack clean surfboard would cost around 250-275M total. Plus the surfboard is only good for training, so it isn't that valuable compared to a sky ski which is used for bossing/end game content as a Dark Knight. It may look cheap, but it's pretty much the average price it'd cost to make a surfboard with those stats.
