As we discussed briefly in game, I will add more thought here. I'm thinking like this:

A pair of 99 ATT Skis are valued at 245M according to this. (I believe this is a bit underpriced - Skis seem to cost more in game right now) The same guide puts Spear ATT 30% at 10~14M, but let's say 15M for simplicity in this case. So scrolling the Skis will cost 260M.
Using 30% scrolls until your result is achieved: (1/0.3)^2 = 11.1 skis used (to manage to scroll one of your stats, statistically)
260M × 11.1 = 2.889B

Now, this is the cost to make a pair of 109 ATT Skis, but wait we're not done yet.
Some of the 11.1 skis used will blow up, and for some the scroll will simply fail
11.1 × 0.35 = 3.885 skis will blow up, and 3.885 scrolls will just fail.
Out of theese 3.885 failed skis, half (1.9425) will have 99 ATT (6 slots) and half (1.9425) 104 ATT (5 slots)

I don't know the price of such skis, but let's say X = price of 99 ATT, 6 slot Ski
and Y = price of 104 ATT, 5 slot Ski.

Now, this would (according to me - I might be wrong) put the value of 109 ATT, 5 slot Skis at 2.889B - 1.9425 × (X + Y)

I would be interested in buying them for 2B actually, but I can't afford right now. Only if I pay by AP Resets. Also, I need to think about it. The other day, I blew up 3 items using 4 30% scrolls. So maybe I'm not the right person to continue this project.

 

id sell it to you for 2 bil if your interested man id prefer straight mesos but you've been straight up and if you can only buy using ap resets too id sell em. not sure what price we would set the resets for though but they should be a easy sell
